Melissa’s Address Object provided instant address validation at order entry and GeoCoder Object linked ZIP+4 to geographic data and appended latitude/longitude to the sixth decimal place. By integrating both into its X Dispatch product from day one, CXT eliminated bad-address dispatches, enabled precise driver assignment by proximity, and improved overall dispatch efficiency and routing accuracy.
