Givaudan, the world’s largest flavour manufacturer, wanted to transform its buyer-seller dynamic and shift from a highly technical, fact-based selling approach to a more emotionally engaging, buyer-centric experience. However, sales and marketing content was spread across multiple platforms, making it hard for reps to find the latest materials and leading to outdated content being used in customer conversations. Mediafly helped Givaudan address this challenge with a sales enablement application.

Mediafly implemented a sales application that gave Givaudan sellers real-time access to the most current, marketing-approved content online or offline, with the ability to present directly from the platform and customize presentations on the fly. The solution improved sales conversations, strengthened marketing accountability for content quality, and made onboarding easier for new staff. After a successful North American rollout to 125 users, Givaudan expanded Mediafly globally across Latin America, EMEA, and APAC, reaching more than 1,000 users.
