VRPM, a London-based visualization firm serving commercial real estate clients, needed a better way to help sell and lease office spaces in a highly competitive market during the COVID-19 pandemic. Using Matterport, including the Matterport Pro2 camera and Matterport Developer Tools, VRPM moved beyond 2D plans and static photos to create immersive virtual staging and 3D tours that let clients better visualize empty properties as finished workspaces.

Matterport enabled VRPM to build a virtual staging app, collaborate with clients through data sharing, and stage large properties quickly and accurately. The results included expanded service offerings, multiple design and staging options for large spaces, better client collaboration, and new purchasing capabilities for virtually staged tours, helping VRPM market properties faster and more effectively.
