To support that, the group added Matterport digital twins to its website, giving prospects a virtual way to explore 50 private dining rooms across its restaurants.
Matterport’s digital tours helped The Ivy Collection & Caprice Holdings set expectations more accurately, build trust, and reduce unnecessary show-rounds and travel. The team now handles most inquiries from the office, with fewer in-person visits, while clients benefit from self-serve tours and accurate spatial insight. Some venues also saw strong engagement, including over 3,000 impressions at Bacchanalia and 800 tours for The Ivy Chelsea Garden in its first two months.
