Matterport helped the team win multiple listings and close faster: listings with a Matterport 3D tour saw 83% receive multiple offers and close in under 30 days, 67% close over asking price, and an average sale price of 101% of asking. Average days on market dropped from 43 to 23, and Matterport was the deciding factor in nearly one-third of listings won.
