RPM Pizza, the largest Domino’s franchisee in the U.S., needed to streamline store design and renovations so its kitchens could make pizza faster and improve delivery times. To solve this, RPM Pizza used Matterport Pro2 to capture 3D scans and digital twins of its stores, helping the team work with outdated or missing blueprints and better plan remodels.

With Matterport, RPM Pizza was able to renovate 30 stores in six months instead of a year, cut project kickoff time by 50%, and improve food prep efficiency through better store layouts. Matterport also enabled virtual collaboration and more accurate measurements, reducing costly errors and helping RPM Pizza take on more projects more quickly.
