RE/MAX First Choice, led by agents Gina and Tom Howarth in Central Rhode Island, needed a way to win more listings and sell homes faster. They relied on iPhone photos for most listings and aimed to increase listing-appointment conversions and reduce days on market (DOM).

They adopted Matterport 3D tours in listing presentations and online marketing, replacing DIY photos and using integrated tools like measurements and Dollhouse views. As a result, listing-appointment conversions rose from 60% to 95% (a 35% increase), average DOM fell from 77 to 43 days (a 56% decrease), and they lost only one listing in five months after adopting the solution.
