Matterport enabled Redfin to create highly detailed digital twins that function like 24/7 open houses, helping buyers explore homes from anywhere and sellers present listings more accurately. Since the pandemic began, Redfin saw more than a 600% increase in average monthly virtual walkthroughs, while 71% of buyers said they would purchase sight unseen with a 3D tour and 87% of sellers said the tours were more accurate than listing photos.
