With Matterport, REBD gave clients the ability to explore homes anytime, track engagement on listings, and better understand a space before visiting in person. Matterport helped REBD win more listings and improve performance, with average days on market dropping from 30 to 21 days and average sales price to list price rising from about 93% to 97% in six months.
