Prevue Immersive Tours, a New York City real estate software platform, wanted to make property searching and touring faster and more effective for buyers and agents, especially in crowded metro markets and for long-distance relocations. Using Matterport’s 3D virtual tours, Prevue aimed to help agents manage tours and client interactions without requiring traditional in-person visits.

Matterport helped Prevue build a platform using the Matterport SDK that combines digital twins, video conferencing, and light CRM tools so agents and clients can tour properties together remotely. The result was a dramatic reduction in search time from weeks to hours, better insight into buyer preferences, easier client management from lead generation to closing, and more business captured for agents.
