Phoria Creates Immersive XR Experiences with Matterport

PHORIA, an immersive XR technology studio based in Melbourne, Australia, wanted to harness cutting-edge spatial technology to create more compelling remote experiences, especially after seeing how disappointing traditional property photos could be. Using Matterport and its Pro1 camera, PHORIA set out to solve this challenge by building immersive 3D tours and digital twin experiences that could better represent spaces online.

Matterport enabled PHORIA to launch and scale CAPTUR3D, its Matterport-based content management system, which streamlines capture, publishing, floor plans, photo retouching, and analytics for clients. The results were strong: CAPTUR3D sales grew 350% in one year, custom floor plan orders rose more than 200% annually, and use of the single-property website template builder increased 50% month-over-month.
