Matterport enabled OrangeTee to offer immersive 3D virtual tours that let buyers and tenants explore properties anytime, anywhere, reducing unnecessary showings and improving the client experience. The results were strong: one apartment was rented in a week, a home sale was closed in six weeks sight-unseen, and all listed apartments were rented within 7 days. Matterport also helped OrangeTee open a new revenue stream through 3D capture services for other agencies.
