mpartial, a California-based property restoration estimating engine, needed a faster and more accurate way to create repair estimates for damaged properties while reducing the time contractors and adjusters spent on manual documentation and Xactimate workflows. Matterport enabled mpartial to build a solution that turns digital twins into fully documented Xactimate scopes, automates object recognition, and generates precise sketches and reports from property scans. The result is estimates produced up to 25% faster, documentation time cut from two days to a few hours, and improved accuracy that helps reduce missed items and speeds claims settlement; mpartial also reports nearly doubling growth since early 2020.
