The company looked to Matterport and its 3D virtual tour technology, using Matterport Pro cameras to give buyers and renters immersive online property experiences that were “the next best thing to being there.”
With Matterport, Jellis Craig created virtual tours for listings and later integrated CAPTUR3D analytics to better understand how prospects viewed properties. The results included winning more listings, leasing 80 properties sight unseen during lockdowns, and cutting annual operating costs by $150,000 to $200,000 by reducing leasing consultants from four to two. Matterport also helped Jellis Craig boost market share and close deals faster, even from interstate and overseas clients.
