Harrods, the iconic London department store, wanted to create a more engaging way for customers to explore its new home and furniture department. To help shoppers discover products from anywhere and better plan visits or use personal shopping services, Harrods turned to Matterport and its Matterport Capture Services.
Matterport created a virtual showroom that gave Harrods a more immersive digital experience than traditional online shopping. The solution supported personal shopping consultations and helped extend Harrods’ in-store experience to customers at home, delivering a more connected shopping journey and widening access to the department globally.
