Fujifilm Sees 6x Boost in Open Innovation Hub Visitors with Matterport

Fujifilm, the global imaging and healthcare company, needed a way to expand access to its Open Innovation Hub and promote its technologies when in-person visits were limited. The challenge was to reach more partners, customers, and prospects while supporting the hub’s small team, and Fujifilm turned to Matterport using Matterport for Mobile on iPhone and Matterport Capture Services On-Demand.

Matterport created an immersive 3D virtual tour of Fujifilm’s Open Innovation Hub, complete with multimedia exhibits and self-service access for visitors anywhere, anytime. The result was a major boost in reach: the virtual tour drew more than 1,000 visits from 600 unique visitors in less than six months, about 6x the traffic of in-person visits, while freeing Fujifilm’s four-person team to focus more on business development.
