e-Building, founded by e-Making, set out to create a platform for managing immersive digital twins and all related building information across a property’s lifecycle. Using Matterport and its SDK Bundle, the company needed a way to make spatial data, documentation, and BIM content easier to organize, search, and share for customers in real estate, architecture, and other industries.

Matterport enabled e-Building to build a document manager that links digital twins with drawings, PDFs, BIM models, media, sensors, and other content directly inside the model. The solution improved collaboration, supported virtual inspections and facility management, and helped preserve complex sites like Remondini Palace with 80% cost savings. Matterport-powered experiences also helped customers create more engaging virtual tours and sustainable, long-term content archives.
