Cushman & Wakefield, a global commercial real estate services firm, needed a faster, more effective way to list and rent properties for landlords and tenants across its international portfolio. The company turned to Matterport and its Capture Services to create accurate 3D digital twins for virtual tours, giving buyers and tenants a way to explore spaces remotely and helping the firm keep pace with demand.

Matterport implemented its global Capture Services network to digitize properties at scale, delivering immersive virtual tours, high-resolution photos, and videos through a turnkey process. The results were significant: Cushman & Wakefield digitized more than 1,000 properties in under 12 months, expanded across 21 countries, and achieved an estimated 53% cost savings, while also improving client service and decision-making.
