Corgan, a leading architecture and design firm, needed a faster and more collaborative way to document and validate a $1.6 billion aviation project at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). To improve construction workflow and maximize productivity, the team selected Matterport and its Pro2 camera to capture existing conditions, milestones, and field details across the five-year project.

Matterport helped Corgan create 3D digital twins for documentation, virtual punch lists, and stakeholder coordination, while integrating scans with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks for as-built validation. The firm completed 50 scans of a 575-foot utility tunnel in about 60 minutes and later cut that time by 50%, reducing repeat site visits and improving collaboration with owners, contractors, and facility managers.
