Carpenter Realtors, a market-dominant residential brokerage in the Midwest, wanted to understand agent and client demand for 3D tours and justify the cost of the Matterport Pro2 Camera. Using Matterport to enhance property listings, the company needed a way to make its home marketing system more effective, especially given that many of its homes were priced below the national average.

Matterport helped Carpenter Realtors attract qualified buyers earlier, reduce unnecessary live showings, and improve agent efficiency by focusing on serious prospects. The rollout included independent contractors operating the camera with no prior training, a simple Google Form for scheduling scans, and bulk scan planning through Carpenter’s marketing team. Results showed strong demand for Matterport 3D tours, with 119 listings enhanced, 20 more pending, and 40% of scans under 3,000 sq. ft.
