Canoa, a Brooklyn-based commercial real estate platform focused on low-carbon, reconfigurable retrofits, needed a better way to survey as-built conditions and manage space inventory sustainably. Matterport helped Canoa capture accurate spatial data, generate floor plans, and keep inventory records up to date for desks, chairs, appliances, and equipment. As a result, Canoa achieved faster, more accurate measurements, automated and sustainable inventory management, and reduced site survey costs by up to 70 percent.
