ATI Restoration, the largest family-owned disaster restoration contractor in the United States, needed a faster way to inspect, document, and estimate damage after major disasters. To meet that challenge, ATI turned to Matterport, using Matterport Pro2 cameras and Matterport TruePlan for Xactimate to capture properties in 3D and generate accurate measurements and sketches.

With Matterport, ATI streamlined inspections and estimates so teams could work remotely, reduce return site visits, and share detailed damage records with stakeholders more quickly. The results included measurement accuracy rising from 87–90% to 97.5–99%, 5x productivity gains in sketch time, and 4x faster loss estimation, while also cutting travel costs and accelerating claims resolution.
