AgentRelay Develops a Virtual Viewing Platform to Power Agent-Guided 3D Tours with Matterport

AgentRelay, a London-based real estate technology company, wanted to give buyers the immediacy of an in-person property tour with the convenience of a virtual experience. To do that, AgentRelay used Matterport’s SDK and APIs, along with Matterport Pro2 and other 360 cameras, to build a platform for agent-guided 3D tours and visitor engagement.

With Matterport, AgentRelay launched a virtual viewing platform that lets agents guide buyers through immersive digital twins, chat in real time, and reduce unnecessary in-person showings. The results included major time savings for clients, including an estimated 60 minutes saved per unproductive viewing for one agency, plus a 58% cost reduction and 38% higher conversion rate for another customer using AgentRelay and Matterport.
