TUI Hotels and Resorts needed to bring together customer data from a highly fragmented IT landscape across 400 hotels worldwide. With many different systems holding data, the company needed to integrate and merge it into a central database.

Using Matillion ETL, TUI connected and integrated dozens of data sources in a very short time to create a single data operating system for the business. The result was better-quality data and a 360-degree customer view, daily run times dropped from overnight to 10 minutes, and monthly operational costs were cut by 99%, from 1500€ to 15€.
