Proximus, Belgium’s largest ICT provider, needed a more future-proof way to manage market, competitive, and customer insights as its SharePoint-based setup had become too limited and reinforced siloed, needs-based information flows. Market Logic provided an insights platform, the Knowledge Center, to support Proximus’ digital transformation and help the insights team become a stronger partner in clients’ transformation efforts.

Market Logic helped Proximus launch the Knowledge Center as a single place to find, share, and re-use insights, pairing it with the company intranet and rolling it out in phases based on stakeholder interviews. The platform introduced knowledge zones, role-based use cases, and topic-based use cases, and quickly drove strong engagement, with requests for more knowledge zones after launch. Proximus reported a cultural shift toward more openness, collaboration, and interdisciplinary thinking, while maintaining the right balance of access and confidentiality.
