RevLocal, a digital marketing agency serving thousands of local and multi-location businesses, faced a forced vendor change after its previous call-tracking provider was acquired. Looking for a partner rather than a purely transactional vendor, RevLocal selected Marchex and its Marketing Edge call-tracking solution to replace the old platform and to take advantage of deeper integration capabilities with Salesforce.

Marchex implemented Marketing Edge integrated with Salesforce Flow, enabling automated account setup, call recording, transcriptions, lead and voicemail signals, and metric feeds into RevLocal’s campaign management system. The integration eliminated roughly 400 hours per month of manual setup and saves account managers about 20–30 minutes of prep per client call, speeding time-to-value for clients and letting teams redeploy hours to more strategic work.
