Fine Fettle standardizes 48-camera surveillance with March Networks

Fine Fettle, a multi-state medical and recreational cannabis dispensary chain, faced challenges with a complex and unreliable video surveillance system across its first four locations. The system was difficult to manage, making it problematic to access video and add new users or cameras, all while needing to meet strict state compliance regulations. To address this, they partnered with security integrator Convergint and vendor March Networks to implement a new system for their fifth dispensary.

The solution deployed by March Networks included a 64-channel IP recorder, 48 IP cameras, and their Command Enterprise management software. This provided a user-friendly system with remote mobile access, multi-level user permissions, and the ability to easily scale. The system ensured full compliance with state regulations, including 30-day video storage. Fine Fettle was very satisfied with the results, noting the system was much easier to use and problem-free, and they are now considering standardizing on March Networks technology across all their locations.
