Capital Sports Management, the operator of the Bell and Richcraft Sensplex arenas, needed a professional video surveillance system to oversee its two facilities. Their previous basic system offered poor quality video and could not be viewed remotely, limiting management oversight. They turned to vendor March Networks for a solution.

March Networks implemented a server-based system using its Command video management software and approximately 50 specialized IP cameras. This provided the general manager with remote, real-time oversight from any location, transforming the system into a key management tool. While enhancing security, the primary result was a significant improvement in operational efficiency, allowing for convenient management of both facilities that collectively host around two million visitors annually.
