Holy Rosary Credit Union (HRCU) was facing a significant challenge with its outdated video surveillance system. The system lacked centralized management, forcing IT staff to physically travel to branches or remote ATMs to export video evidence, which was inefficient and time-consuming. The credit union partnered with vendor March Networks and their reseller, Portland Safe, to find a modern solution using March Networks Command Enterprise Software.

March Networks implemented a state-of-the-art video surveillance system featuring hybrid NVRs and IP cameras, including MegaPX ATM and Oncam 360° models. This solution allowed HRCU to centrally manage all video evidence from a single office and provided superior video quality. The results were immediate: staff could now quickly search for and export video remotely, which led to faster police identification of suspects and a vastly more efficient security operation, ensuring the safety of members and employees.
