Working with Red Beard Conversions, the team turned to Malomo’s branded tracking page, Klaviyo integration, and order status lookup feature to address missing carrier scans and give customers better visibility into their orders.
With Malomo, Twillory created a fully customizable tracking experience that matched its brand, supported upsells and customer education, and made it easier for shoppers to find order status details. The solution drove an average of an extra $15K in monthly revenue over eight months, or about 73 additional orders per month, with roughly 60% of that revenue coming from transactional emails and 40% from the tracking page itself.
