With Malomo, ILIA Beauty launched fully customized tracking pages and shipping email workflows featuring branded fonts, hero images, product recommendations, FAQs, social content, and more. The results were strong: shipping emails achieved a 65% open rate and 17% click-through rate, support tickets for “where is my order?” decreased, and returning traffic from the Malomo tracking page converted 25% higher than ILIA’s site average.
