Mira Care, a direct-to-consumer fertility health brand, faced a challenge with declining engagement in their email communications. Their existing emails suffered from poor segmentation and an aggressive cadence. To address this and improve the post-purchase experience, they partnered with the vendor Malomo and the agency YOCTO to implement a solution.
The solution from Malomo was a personalized and segmented order tracking system, integrated with Klaviyo. This allowed Mira to send proactive shipping updates and delivery exception emails, turning the post-purchase phase into an educational and brand-building channel. The results were highly successful, with their standard post-purchase emails achieving a 63.88% open rate and a 27.30% click-through rate. Most impressively, their proactive delivery exception emails saw an 82.95% open rate and a 47.65% click-through rate, demonstrating significant customer engagement and trust.
