Felina eCommerce Store Now Drives Repeat Purchases from Shipment Tracking

Felina, a California-based intimates brand that expanded into direct-to-consumer eCommerce on Shopify Plus, wanted to improve the post-purchase experience for online shoppers. The company struggled to communicate shipping information clearly and consistently, which made it harder to build trust and confidence after checkout.

Malomo helped Felina create a custom-branded order tracking page and shipping emails through its Shopify and Klaviyo integrations, later adding Attentive for SMS notifications. The new shipment marketing experience delivered strong results, including a 71.6% open rate, 22.1% click-through rate, and 9x ROI for tracking emails, plus an 8.2% CTR, 10.4% conversion rate, and 32x ROI for SMS; an A/B test of delivered emails also showed a product-recommendation variant generated 2.9x more revenue than the control.
