Napthens LLP, a legal services provider with around 200 staff across Lancashire and Cumbria, needed to consolidate a fragmented print estate that had grown over time and was managed by multiple suppliers. The firm wanted to standardize printing, improve reliability and security, reduce strain on support teams, and lower the cost of aging printers. Maintel was brought in to help with a managed print solution.

Maintel audited Napthens’ print usage, then replaced 51 printers with 16 high-volume multifunction devices and implemented UniFLOW for single print queue, follow-me printing, and scanning across sites. Maintel also added network fax integration, case management system integration, and remote support tools. The result was a streamlined, secure printing environment deployed across five offices in one week, with annual savings of 24% on print, paper, and power consumption, plus improved functionality and control.
