Punter Southall Group, a UK financial services organisation providing actuarial and investment advice, needed to replace an outdated and costly print estate across 11 offices and 900 users. The existing process was overcomplicated, made confidential printing difficult, created waste, and placed a heavy support burden on IT. Maintel implemented a centrally managed MPS with Canon multifunction devices, print management software, secure follow-me printing, remote and on-site maintenance, consumables supply, and reporting. Users can now release jobs securely from any device using print cards, reducing wasted prints and improving document confidentiality and user experience. The solution also gave PSG better control and visibility over print activity, helping reduce operating costs and support a more sustainable, efficient print environment.
