Keltbray, a UK leader in specialist engineering, construction and decommissioning, needed to relocate its head office to support expansion and a growing workforce. Its existing communications platform was out of support, and the move had to be completed within tight deadlines with no disruption to day-to-day business. Maintel was brought in to help deliver the migration as part of a wider multi-supplier project.

Maintel implemented and migrated Keltbray to Avaya IP Office 500, providing a flexible, manufacturer-supported communications platform with SIP and IP capabilities, remote working access, and ongoing support. The project was completed on schedule, with the new site ready for service just a month later, while reducing support costs and preserving contact numbers. Keltbray said the migration ran very smoothly and that the new platform exceeded expectations.
