Muir Group, a housing association managing over 5,500 properties across the UK, needed ICT infrastructure and strategy that could support 24x7 operations and modern working practices. Maintel designed and implemented an IP telephony and network infrastructure based on Cisco Call Manager and Catalyst technologies, backed by a managed service across the ICT estate. The project significantly reduced downtime risk by removing single points of failure, while also improving customer service and staff productivity through 24x7 monitoring of the LAN, WAN, telephony, contact centre, and data centre environment.
