2020 Legal, a UK law firm with more than 275 staff across two offices, was struggling with an outdated print estate that could not keep up with demand for more than seven million documents printed each year. The legacy setup was also placing a heavy burden on the support team, while limited space made it difficult to add more devices. Maintel was brought in to deliver a secure managed print solution, including MPS, MFDs and UniFLOW software.

Maintel upgraded the estate with two high-volume print devices, 12 multi-functional devices, a universal print queue, secure follow-me printing and scanning, and remote monitoring and support capabilities. The result was improved productivity, easier cost control, reduced waste, and lower support overhead, with devices capable of speeds over 75ppm and annual savings across print, paper and power consumption.
