Ravinia, the North America’s longest-running outdoor music festival, needed a better way to promote its nonprofit mission and turn concertgoers into donors. Using Mailchimp’s email marketing tools, Ravinia worked to grow awareness for its music education programs while managing a subscriber base of more than 600,000.

Mailchimp helped Ravinia launch popup forms, marketing automation flows, segmentation, and nightly data syncs to capture leads and personalize outreach. In just six weeks, Ravinia generated 8,912 new leads, including 6,053 email signups from 84,746 popup views, and saw an 11.4% year-over-year increase in subscribers, helping drive stronger donor conversions and broader awareness of its mission.
