R. Wood Studio, a large pottery studio in Athens, Georgia, faced the challenge of expanding from a primarily wholesale (B2B) model into direct retail (B2C) sales. Wood Studio shift its business mix (today it’s “more of a retail than a wholesale business”), increase customer engagement and expand new sales channels, all enabled by Mailchimp.
