By using Mailchimp segmentation to send tailored messages and combining that with Instagram initiatives (a branded filter and the live “Patasfest”), Patasbox drove measurable growth: email engagement rose 24% in the first lockdown month, revenue grew 49%, transactions increased 21%, and average order value nearly 23%; the Instagram filter was shared 125k times and about 3,000 people attended Patasfest—results the team attributes to Mailchimp-enabled marketing and social efforts.
