A Mailchimp Case Study
Neuralab, a Zagreb-based digital agency, was tasked with building a first-class e-commerce platform for high-end makeup brand Wow Junkie and needed reliable, customizable marketing automations to make the shopping experience cohesive and "set-and-forget." Their challenge was to integrate automated, personalized messaging that matched custom UX/UI and backend systems while minimizing manual work. To achieve this, Neuralab used Mailchimp’s automations and email template capabilities.
Using Mailchimp, Neuralab implemented welcome-series and abandoned-cart automations that were styled and coded to mirror the site’s design, streamlining marketing operations and delivering relevant, personalized messages. The automations reduced redundant work, helped drive repeat visits and conversions, and supported a growing user base—contributing to Wow Junkie winning the Shoppers Mind Award for best e‑commerce site in Croatia—demonstrating Mailchimp’s role in scaling the brand’s messaging reliably.
