Henry’s House of Coffee is a family-run roaster that moved its retail business online with WooCommerce and needed a way to follow up with growing e-commerce sales and improve customer retention. Mailchimp helped lift retention from the low teens to 28%, encouraged reviews and repeat buys, and proved quick to set up—Hrag says one automation took about four minutes to start sending.
