Guiding Green Press to Online Success

Green Press, a Melbourne health-food bar known for juices, açai bowls and healthy recipes, wanted to expand from a single storefront into a global e-commerce and content business. To build an audience and automate communications they worked with agency Elkfox and adopted Mailchimp’s marketing automation platform to capture subscribers and deliver content-driven offers.

Elkfox built a content-rich Shopify site and integrated it with Mailchimp to embed signup forms on top-performing posts, automate eBook and content delivery, and run targeted local reminders (e.g., delivery windows and countdowns) that drove timely orders. Using Mailchimp-powered campaigns, Green Press shifted to a subscriber-based online community, with measurable increases in subscriber sign-ups and higher online order conversions driven by those email journeys.
