Severud Associates, a long-established New York consulting engineering firm, was struggling with manual email archiving before and during the Coronavirus pandemic. Mail Manager was rolled out first to a group of senior users and then across the team, making it easier to file, find, and manage emails in seconds. Severud Associates reported that most staff quickly adopted the system, with senior staff saving at least an hour a day, archiving space dropping because only one copy of each email was saved, and the software paying for itself through time saved. Mail Manager also improved information access, reduced reliance on IT, and helped ensure continuity if employees leave.
