GVK-Siya Zama Construction, a Cape Town-based construction company, needed a better way to manage a heavy volume of email related to projects, legal matters, subcontractors, and daily operations. With around 300 emails a day and dozens of folders per project, filing and finding information in Outlook was slow and time-consuming, especially for a busy team working on the move.

The result was a major productivity gain: Nasser Gamieldien said he could file 300 emails in under an hour, triple his previous rate, while also reducing inbox clutter from thousands of emails to a much more manageable level. Mail Manager also made it easier for GVK-Siya Zama to track information when employees leave and integrate email management with SharePoint Online.
