TGRWA, a Chicago-based structural engineering firm, was struggling to manage project correspondence before implementing Mail Manager. Emails were often left in individual inboxes or bundled into large PST files, making it difficult to centralize information, search across projects, and avoid Outlook OST/file storage issues.

Mail Manager was rolled out quickly and easily through a short trial and onboarding process, integrating directly with Outlook and TGRWA’s existing project structure. As a result, about 25 employees now use Mail Manager across 240 active projects, giving the firm fast access to all project emails and correspondence, stronger search capabilities, and the ability to securely manage sensitive information in restricted folders.
