Gensler, the global architecture and design firm, needed a better way to manage the huge volume of project-related email across its 48 locations. Emails were often trapped in individual inboxes, hard to find, and contributing to storage problems and productivity loss. Mail Manager was introduced as the email management tool to help address these challenges.

Mail Manager integrates with Outlook to let Gensler staff file, find, and share emails more efficiently, while reducing duplicate storage and supporting quality assurance and compliance needs. The results were significant: Gensler reported saving 5 hours per week per person on administrative printing, file coding, and hard copy filing, plus 275 hours per week across 180 users for project-related admin tasks. Gensler later expanded Mail Manager beyond the initial 200 licenses to the entire company.
