Arup, a global engineering company with more than 10,000 employees, needed a better way to manage project-related email as evidence. With critical agreements often captured in email and later needed for disputes, the challenge was finding messages quickly and reliably years after they were sent. Mail Manager, an Ideagen solution, was used to address this need.

Mail Manager integrated with Microsoft Outlook to suggest filing locations for emails, helping Arup store project correspondence alongside other project documents in one central location. This made emails easier to file, search, and retrieve during a project or long after it had ended, improving speed of access and reducing reliance on difficult archive searches.
