MadKudu connected with Codeship’s Intercom and Mixpanel data in minutes, analyzed user behavior, and identified an “I’m done trying” moment: five failed builds within 24 hours. Codeship used this MadKudu trigger to launch a proactive support campaign in Intercom, resulting in an 80% viewed rate, a 19% response rate, and 72% of at-risk users increasing their successful builds after the outreach.
